Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES
Magnificent Trimmings ships via UPS Ground, UPS 2 day, and UPS 3 day service. Rates are based on merchandise total and apply to orders shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. For shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii, please refer to the shipping chart. Sorry, no foreign delivery or PO box delivery. UPS Ground delivery time varies based on location (see map below).

PAYMENT METHODS
Magnificent Trimmings accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
For security purposes, the billing address you provide must match the billing address your credit card company uses for payment. Delivery may be to another address of your choosing. Without correct information, we will be unable to obtain bank authorization for your purchase and the order will be cancelled. This system is for your protection and was set up by credit card companies and online retailers to help prevent credit card fraud.
SALES TAX
Magnificent Trimmings is required by law to collect appropriate sales tax of 8.25% on orders shipped within California. Tax will be automatically calculated by our shopping cart system.
BACKORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, we'll email to let you know the status and give you the chance to decide whether or not you wish to place the item on backorder.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Magnificent Trimmings wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, Magnificent Trimmings must be notified of damages or the desire to return merchandise within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. To return or exchange a purchase, please email customer service and be sure to include your order number, desired action (return or exchange), and a brief reason for the return/exchange. We will send you an appropriate RA number. PLEASE NOTE: Magnificent Trimmings will assess a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise (except in the case of defective merchandise or a mistake made by Magnificent Trimmings in filling the order). Orders shipped back to Magnificent Trimmings without a corresponding RA # will NOT be refunded! Except in the case of defective merchandise or a mistake made by Magnificent Trimmings in filling the order (e.g. incorrect product or quantity shipped), we are unable to refund shipping charges.If an item is damaged during shipping, please keep the item and packaging, email us right away, and we'll send instructions on how claims are handled.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept telephone orders? Fax orders? Email orders? Can I mail you a check or money order? All retail orders must be placed online via our secure shopping cart system. Wholesalers may request a catalog and pay by check, credit card, or online.
How will I know you've received my order? Or that it has been shipped? Once you've successfully submitted your order, you'll almost immediately receive an automatic confirmation of your transaction to the email address you provided (so be sure to check and double-check that you've entered the address correctly). When your order ships out, you will be emailed a confirmation and tracking number.
Do I need my order number when emailing with questions about my order? Yes, so please keep our email confirming receipt of your order. All the information you'll need is contained in that message.
How can I cancel an order? Or add or remove items? Please email right away if you wish to cancel your order or add/delete items. If more than 24 hours pass between the time we receive an order and when we receive a cancellation request, we may be unable to cancel.
What are your hours of operation? Magnificent Trimmings operates during normal business hours (8-4 PST), Monday through Friday. However, www.magtrim.com is open for business 24/7.
Are your products available anywhere else? Of course! Light Charms can be purchased through many online retailers as well as thorough hundreds of retail stores nationally. You can find a retailer near you by visiting our Find a Retailer Page.
Can you send me a catalog? Because our product lines are growing so quickly, we do not currently offer a consumer print catalog. We encourage you to join our email list so you can be the first to know about new products.
